Profile

Anime Densetsu no Kaitakusha, usually shortened to ADK, was one of the names circulating through the late-1990s English VHS trading network. Its Gundam Wing material covered episodes 1-12, arranged in three four-episode tape blocks. A 1997 fansub directory also listed that twelve-episode run as complete. The surviving collector inventory names Acefly Distribution Service separately on episodes 9-12, a reminder that subtitling credits and the people mailing copies were not always the same. ADK also appears in a collector list for Yu Yu Hakusho episodes 51-58, giving the name a history beyond this single series.
