Arctic Animation
Arctic Animation listed a completed 16-tape Patlabor P-series project by May 1994. The set MIXED the 47 TV episodes with the 16 Patlabor: The New Files OVAs, commonly one OVA and roughly three TV episodes per tape. This is not a stand-alone 47-episode TV-only release. A collector inventory credits Arctic for P1-P16, Peas and Karot distributing P1-P10 and Alex Shay distributing P11-P16.
