Holy Forest Academy's hyper-stressed, ulcer-ridden Vice Principal who views Onizuka as a radioactive, career-destroying bioweapon. Uchiyamada is a textbook bureaucrat who values institutional reputation, league tables, and bowing to wealthy parents over the actual well-being of the students. He spends 90% of his screen time desperately trying to find a legal loophole to get Onizuka fired, and the other 10% weeping over the structural annihilation of his beloved, pristine Toyota Cresta, which keeps getting crushed by falling bodies.

Onizuka arrives at Holy Forest already looking like the worst possible teaching candidate and immediately clashes with Vice Principal Uchiyamada. When Uchiyamada treats troublesome former students as disposable trash, Onizuka decides the interview is no longer worth behaving for.
The Breakdown
Onizuka answers the vice principal with a German Suplex and walks away believing he has destroyed any chance of being hired. Ryoko Sakurai reads the same incident differently. She sees an applicant willing to throw away the job rather than join the adults humiliating students, and gives him Class 3-4.
HOLY FOREST & CLASS 3-4 //
